WITH DREW WILD
01 | HER TURN
HER TURN is a high-touch coaching community for women exhausted from being everything to everyone else.
02 | HER TURN
The strong one.
The responsible one.
The one who notices when something’s off.
You remember. Organise. Help. Smooth things over. Keep shit moving.
You know when someone’s energy changes before they say a word.
You can read everybody else remarkably fucking well.
But here's the harder question:
WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY WANT?!
Maybe you wouldn’t call yourself a people pleaser. Maybe you just think:
“I care.” “I hate letting people down.” “I’m the one everyone comes to.”
But maybe you also...
Say yes, then quietly resent it.
Feel responsible when somebody around you is upset.
Turn a one-sentence boundary of “NO” into six paragraphs.
Know what everybody else needs before you know what you need.
Think “I’m allowed to say no.” …and still feel guilty as fuck when you do it.
Do it long enough and eventually it stops feeling like something you do. It just feels like you.
Being capable got you a long fucking way. It also taught everybody around you that they could drop their shit at your feet and you’d handle it.
The woman who got you here isn’t the woman who gets to decide what happens next.
03 | HER TURN
HER TURN is a high-touch coaching community for women exhausted from being everything to everyone else.
Not because everything in your life is necessarily falling apart. Maybe nothing is catastrophically wrong.
You can look completely fine… from the outside.
Maybe you just know the way you’ve been living, relating, giving and carrying doesn’t fit anymore.
THIS IS WHERE YOU LEARN TO CHOOSE YOU!
Not becoming cold. Not cutting everyone off. Not suddenly making everything about you.
This is about learning to:
Care without carrying.
Say no without writing a fucking thesis.
Let somebody be disappointed without abandoning yourself.
Stay connected to people without disappearing inside them.
A life that fits you. Relationships you don’t have to caretake. Choices you don’t need to apologise for wanting.
04 | HER TURN
Most of it is not inherently THE TRUE YOU… but who you HAD TO BECOME…
Stay quiet because conflict felt dangerous.
Be useful because usefulness made you feel valuable.
Be strong because somebody fucking had to.
Read the room because knowing everyone else’s mood helped you know how to be.
Do something long enough, and eventually it stops feeling like something you DO and starts feeling like who you ARE.
What protected you once can quietly become what runs your adult life.
You silence the need. Change the answer. Soften the boundary. Say yes when you mean no.
Because somewhere along the way, staying connected to others started to feel safer than staying connected to yourself.
The gap I'm more interested in is...
Not: Do you understand your patterns?
Instead…
05 | HER TURN
Because you do not build self-trust by ONLY understanding yourself better.
You build it through evidence.
Evidence that you can choose yourself and still be okay.
Not perfectly. Practised. That’s the evidence.
The question? “Who the fuck am I when nobody needs anything from me?”
Who am I underneath Mum, partner, daughter, friend, caretaker, strong one, Good Girl?
What do I want? What would I choose if nobody else got a vote?
That’s who I’m interested in.!
You.
The version of you with preferences, needs, opinions, desires, edges and a life that doesn’t need everybody else’s approval to belong to you.
06 | HER TURN
HER TURN isn’t another task you need to complete.
It’s a community you practise in.
You probably don’t need more information.
From my experience most need somewhere to bring the moment while you’re actually in it.
The boundary you’re about to cave on.
The text you’re overthinking.
The guilt after saying no.
The moment you realise you’re about to abandon yourself again.
Because reading about boundaries is very different to holding one while somebody is pissed off at you.
Knowing you deserve rest is different to sitting down while the washing is still there.
HER TURN is where you get the reps.
07 | HER TURN
FAIR! &... Most of my clients have been women for years.
I’ve spent a huge chunk of my career coaching this exact territory: self-abandonment, people-pleasing, boundaries, identity, relationships, emotional responsibility and self-trust.
So no, my job isn’t to teach women how to be women. Absolutely fucking not.
My job is to help you see where you’re leaving yourself, challenge the shit keeping you there, and coach you through doing something different when it actually matters.
You bring what it’s actually like to be you.
I help you stop abandoning yourself in it.

“Working with Drew has been one of the first times I’ve felt truly seen by a man without feeling judged for what he sees. I can just show up as I am.”
- Jess

“I got to practise real-time boundary setting and communication with Drew. I knew I could be honest even when I was terrified he’d be mad at me. That translated into my personal life and naturally raised my standards.”
- Amy

Where the real magic takes place…
HER TURN lives inside a private WhatsApp Community:
💬 YOUR SPACE
Connect, share, reflect, celebrate and take up some fucking space.
🙋♀️ ASK DREW
Submit coaching questions as life happens. I answer every Tuesday + Thursday in writing or voice.
😬 WEEKLY STRETCH
Real-world reps. Say no. Ask for help. Let somebody be disappointed. Stop fixing what isn’t yours.
Understanding yourself is one thing. Living differently is another.
🎉 WINS / BREAKTHROUGHS
The boundary you held. The thing you didn’t rescue. Evidence you’re actually changing.
🗣️ DREW RANTS + RESOURCES
If you know… Drew loves a mini podcast voice note on a hot topic… They live here.
Years of coaching resources across boundaries, people pleasing, parts work, nervous-system regulation, relationships, identity and more.
Use what’s useful. It is not another fucking syllabus.
Relevant experts across relationships, sexuality, somatics, women’s health, money and more.
One private session per month for $250, subject to availability.
If the idea of being in a group of women makes part of you tense up a little, I get it.
Because this is exactly where some of the old shit might show up.
You might want to compare. Perform. Keep everyone happy. Be the useful one.
Become the fixer, therapist, peacemaker or Good Girl of the room.
HER TURN gives you somewhere safe enough to actually catch it happening, notice what gets activated, and practise doing something different.
You are NOT required to reply to everybody, fix or make sure everyone feels okay!
Share when you want. Receive when you need.
And most importantly…
Take up space without apologising for it!
Another woman’s healing is NOT your responsibility.
What gets shared inside HER TURN stays inside HER TURN.
I know. Some of you have genuinely fucking full lives.
That’s why HER TURN has two call windows, recordings, written Debriefs, Ask Drew and an entire comms hub between calls and no curriculum you have to keep up with.
This does not become another thing you need to perform perfectly.
But if there is somehow always time for everybody else’s needs, problems, emotions and priorities… and never any room left for you…
Maybe it isn’t a scheduling problem?
The first HER TURN group will be:
Initially invitation only. Not because I'm manufacturing some internet scarcity bullshit.
Because the first room sets the culture.
I want women who want to participate, look at themselves honestly and practise doing something differently.
You’ll also help shape what HER TURN becomes.
8-week initial commitment.
After that, stay as long as it still serves you.
The standard rate will eventually be $200/week.
Founding members who remain active keep their:
If you join and realise within 14 days this isn’t your space, say so.
If I think it isn’t your room, I’ll say so too.
Full Refund.
Guilt-free.
Maybe you need to put some of it the fuck down.
And discover…
Not because the old version of you was wrong.
She got you here.
She just doesn’t have to run the whole fucking show anymore.
Maybe you need somewhere that keeps bringing you back to:
What do I want?
What do I need?
What am I carrying that isn’t mine?
underneath all these roles
You’ve spent enough time making sure everybody else gets their turn.
You’ve spent enough time checking what everybody else needs first.
Enough time leaving yourself out of the equation.
Enough time waiting.
At some point, choosing yourself has to stop being something you understand…
and become something you do.
You already have the details.
You already have the links.
Take your seat

Drew Wild is an addiction and behavioural practitioner whose mission is to change the way people understand addiction, coping mechanisms and recovery.
After overcoming his own battles with addiction and self destruction, Drew has spent years helping people break free from the patterns, behaviours and emotional loops keeping them stuck.
His approach cuts through the surface level bullshit and gets to the root of what’s actually driving the behaviours underneath.
Known for his raw honesty, no BS approach and ability to deeply understand the human behind the behaviour, Drew has built a reputation for helping people feel seen, understood and empowered without shame or judgement.
At the core of his work is the belief that people are not weak, broken or failures for struggling.
Most people were simply never taught how to process pain, regulate emotions, feel safe in themselves or navigate life without escaping it.

Not at all.
LITS is for people stuck in patterns of escape, numbing, self sabotage or compulsive behaviours, whether that’s:
- alcohol,
- drugs,
- emotional eating,
- people pleasing,
- gambling,
- overworking,
- scrolling,
- porn,
- avoidance,
- or simply feeling trapped in the same exhausting loops.
Some people join because things have gotten pretty bad.
Others join because they’re simply sick of living disconnected from themselves and know there has to be more to life than this.
Honestly, a LOT of people inside LITS fall into this category.
Some people join while actively struggling.
Others join because they’ve already stopped the behaviour… but still feel stuck internally.
You might already:
- be sober,
- have done therapy,
- have recovery under your belt,
- understand trauma,
- know your patterns,
- or have spent years trying to “heal”.
And yet still feel like:
“Why do I still feel disconnected?”
“Why do I still want to escape?”
“Why does life still feel hard to sit in sometimes?”
LITS meets people exactly where they’re at.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about deeper understanding, real tools, community and learning how to actually LIVE again, not just survive.a
No.
LITS is not rehab, detox or a replacement for medical support.
And while we deeply respect all recovery pathways, this also isn’t a rigid 12-step model.
Our approach is more focused on:
- understanding the root of the patterns,
- emotional regulation,
- nervous system work,
- practical tools,
- self awareness,
- accountability,
- connection,
- and creating sustainable change in real life.
No shame. No preaching. No “you’re broken” narrative.
Who is running the program?
This live intake of Line In The Sand is being led and facilitated by Drew Wild and Luke Croker.
Drew and Luke will be:
- running the live calls,
- facilitating the community,
- guiding the weekly conversations,
- supporting participants throughout the 6 weeks,
- and helping people actually integrate the work into their real lives.
The core LITS curriculum itself was originally developed by Drew Wild alongside Ryan Hassan and Matt Nettleton, whose teachings and frameworks are still woven throughout the recorded modules.
Ryan and Matt will also appear throughout the curriculum and join selected guest sessions during the intake.
So while Drew and Luke are leading and holding this live experience, participants will also be learning from the original foundational teachings that helped shape LITS into what it is today.
LITS is delivered fully online.
You’ll receive:
- access to the private member portal,
- the weekly recorded modules,
- the private community group,
- and the live calls across the 6 weeks.
Everything can be accessed from your phone, tablet or computer.
Do I need to attend the live calls?
We highly encourage it.
The live calls and community are a HUGE part of what makes this experience so powerful.
That said, we understand life happens.
All live sessions will be recorded and uploaded for replay access if you can’t make one live.
Yes.
You’ll receive:
- access to the LITS community,
- live coaching calls,
- Q&A support,
- accountability,
- and connection with people who genuinely understand what you’re navigating.
One of the biggest things people realise inside LITS is: “Holy shit… I’m not alone.”
You do not need to hit rock bottom to deserve support.
A lot of people inside LITS are:
- functioning externally,
- holding jobs,
- maintaining relationships,
- and “keeping it together” on the surface… while quietly struggling internally.
If you know something needs to change, if you’re exhausted from the loops, or if you’re tired of escaping yourself… that’s enough.
Maybe, maybe not.
That’s exactly why we ask everyone to complete the suitability check in before joining.
LITS is designed for people navigating:
- unhealthy patterns,
- compulsive behaviours,
- recovery,
- emotional struggles,
- self sabotage,
- and cycle breaking.
However, if someone is currently in severe physical dependency with drugs or alcohol, medical detox or more acute support may need to happen first.
We take this seriously because your safety matters.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes.
We want this work to feel accessible for people who genuinely want help and support.
Payment plan options are available at checkout.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
You’ll continue to have access to:
- the recorded curriculum,
- the community,
- and ongoing connection to the work.
There will also be opportunities for people wanting deeper support, ongoing integration and continued growth beyond the initial 6 weeks.
But first… focus on drawing your line in the sand.
